1. Delivery Areas
- We deliver exclusively within Bangladesh.
- Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Stay tuned for future updates regarding international deliveries.
2. Delivery Timeframes
- Standard Delivery: 3-7 business days within Bangladesh (excluding holidays).
- Express Delivery: 1-3 business days (additional charges apply).
- Delivery times may vary depending on location and external factors such as weather conditions or courier delays.
3. Shipping Costs
- Inside Dhaka: Starting from BDT 60.
- Outside Dhaka: Starting from BDT 100.
- Free shipping for orders over BDT 2,000.
- Express delivery charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress.
- You can track your order on the courier’s website or by using the provided tracking link.
5. Delivery Failures
- If you are unavailable to receive the delivery at the designated address, the courier will make one more attempt. After that, the package may be returned to us or stored at the courier's local facility.
- Additional charges may apply for re-delivery or returns.
6. Shipping Delays
- Although we strive to meet delivery estimates, Rajbari Fashion is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, strikes, weather conditions, or any unforeseen circumstances.
- If there are significant delays, we will notify you via email or SMS.
7. Delivery Address
- Please ensure that the delivery address provided during checkout is accurate and complete.
- We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
- In the event that your order is damaged or missing items, please report it within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.
- We will investigate the issue and offer a resolution such as a replacement or refund.
